Everton could be set for a busy January transfer window.
The Friedkin Group are expected to takeover Everton before the new year, which could give the squad a much-needed cash injection during the winter window.
Everton are already being linked with Sunderland’s Chris Rigg, though, that deal is unlikely to take place considering Manchester United and Liverpool are in the race for his signature.
West Bromwich Albion winger Tom Fellows is also on Everton’s radar following two failed attempts to sign him in the summer and in January.
There’s also expected to be movement out of Finch Farm, too, and it’s just come to light that one of their talented youngsters is wanted by an EFL Club.

Barrow want Everton wonderkid Harrison Armstrong
According to Alan Nixon, League Two outfit Barrow A.F.C want to sign Everton’s talented youngster Harrison Armstrong.
The Cumbria-based side have been impressed by Armstrong and he is catching the eye of manager Stephen Clemence.
Clemence has already identified the 17-year-old as a loan capture this winter as he aims to strengthen his midfield ranks.
The Everton wonderkid made his full debut against Southampton in the EFL Cup earlier this season and was awarded a brief cameo against Tottenham Hotspur in August.

Sean Dyche says Harrison Armstrong has a ‘big future’
Sean Dyche heaped praise on Armstrong after his full debut in September and admitted he has a ‘big future’ at the football club.
“It was good to get minutes into them and to get them playing here at Goodison,” the 53-year-old said, via Liverpool World.
“Harrison is only 17 – he’s a baby. He’s been out there playing at Goodison Park in a men’s football match, so I’m pleased for him, as well.”
Dyche further added: “I think he’s got a very important future and a big future at this football club. It’s early yet.”
With Aboulaye Doucoure sidelined through injury, perhaps Armstrong will get another opportunity in the first-team.
Sending him out on loan in the new year may not be the best plan of action if injuries continue to mount.
