The summer transfer window opens in five days and Everton have a shortlist of targets prepared.
Everton are currently pursuing a move to sign Hayden Hackney from Middlesbrough and have recently had a £15m bid rejected.
David Moyes is also keen to sign a right-back and has been having a close look at Atalanta’s Raoul Bellanova, along with Arsenal’s Ben White.
How would you feel about Hayden Hackney becoming Everton’s first signing? 🤩
Now, there is a fresh transfer rumour emerging about a striker who Carlo Ancelotti actually wanted to sign at Real Madrid in 2022.

Everton target Gabriel Jesus was wanted by Carlo Ancelotti
Everton are weighing up a move to sign Gabriel Jesus from Arsenal this summer transfer window.
Mikel Arteta is open to selling Jesus if the Toffees submit a bid in excess of £30m, which seems very reasonable.
Interestingly, according to a report from Marca back in 2022, Carlo Ancelotti was keen on signing Jesus before he joined Arsenal.
So, if he was good enough for the reigning Champions League holders Real Madrid, it suggests he’d be a superb signing for the Toffees.
Are there any players from the relegated clubs you want to see Everton go after this summer? 🤔
Wolves, Burnley and West Ham have all lost their Premier League status…
It must be said that Jesus has struggled with injuries, so that is a slight concern for Moyes and his recruitment chiefs.
The Brazil international came back from a cruciate ligament tear last season, and these injuries can send footballers into a decline.
But Jesus did return strongly towards the back end of the campaign and ended up registering a respectable eight goal involvements for Arsenal.
So, there’s good reason for Everton to stump up the money for the 29-year-old, who is entering his prime years as a footballer.
