What style can Everton fans expect from Sergio Conceicao?

The 49-year-old, like most modern managers, prefers a possession-based style of play.

He usually deploys a 4-2-3-1 formation and likes the play to be built up from the back, encouraging the centre-backs to dribble with the ball into the middle of the park or offload to one of the midfielders.
