Everton have been left nervously waiting the injury results of Iliman Ndiaye following an issue picked up at the Africa Cup of Nations.
David Moyes will be missing his Senegal international, who has scored as many goals as anyone for Everton this season.
It has been another bright start to the campaign for Ndiaye, who is expected back at some point this month from the international tournament.
Ndiaye suffered an injury concern for Senegal earlier in the week as he was withdrawn at half-time against Benin.

Having undergone tests, Ndiaye has been given the all clear following the scare handed out to all Everton fans.
As the injury list racks up on Merseyside, a first look at Ndiaye has been offered following his return to the pitch.

Iliman Ndiaye footage emerges after Everton injury scare
Ahead of the game on Sunday, Moyes was unable to provide much positive injury news at Everton, with only Michael Keane potentially returning.
Adding a player like Ndiaye to the injury pile – albeit he’s already unavailable – would be nothing short of a disaster for the Blues.
On Friday evening, Senegal shared footage of the winger in training as he looked to have shaken off any issues from Tuesday’s game.
What concerns do you have about Iliman Ndiaye leaving Everton in the summer?😫
Surely Everton must hand him a new contract!
The footage shared on social media showed Ndiaye working on his reactions, with the 24-year-old looking as sharp as ever.
Jordan Pickford has been blown away by Ndiaye again this season as he continues to show why he’s one of the best wingers in the Premier League.
Seeing the Senegal international already back in action following his injury scare will be a clear message to Tyler Dibling that he must make the most of these upcoming games to impress Moyes.
It won’t be long before Ndiaye is ready to take back his spot on Merseyside.
Tyler Dibling must take Everton opportunity with both hands
No matter how good Dibling plays for Everton, it does almost feel inevitable that Ndiaye will immediately come back into the starting XI.
Moyes has been quietly impressed with Dibling following his two recent starts for the Blues against Burnley and Nottingham Forest.
The 19-year-old has almost guaranteed himself a spot on the right-wing now with some promising displays for the Blues.
How impressed have you been with Tyler Dibling recently? 🤩
However, questions will surface over where he stands when Ndiaye returns.
Not many Everton fans will deny that the Senegal international should return straight back into the side, with Dibling’s battle potentially with Jack Grealish.
Grealish has now returned from his illness and some fans may feel the 30-year-old still has an awful lot to prove in an Everton shirt.
Since the back end of August, Grealish has failed to provide a single assist and this will surely have Everton questioning their big-money clause for Grealish.
At 30 years old, perhaps Dibling could show Everton that he could be starting winger as well as Ndiaye instead of the Manchester City loanee.
