Everton have a number of players who are set to run out of contract at the end of the season.
A huge summer awaits the Toffees with David Moyes potentially losing a large section of his squad on a free.
The Friedkins are eyeing up a big summer of spending at Everton with their PSR woes set to become a thing of the distant past.
New ownership on Merseyside has provided Everton fans with plenty to get excited about.
However, there is still a lot to unfold over the remaining months in the 2024/25 campaign with Premier League survival on the radar.
But there will be a number of players who are also putting a focus on where their own futures may lie amid their ongoing contract sagas.

Joao Virginia hints towards Everton contract U-turn by the Friedkins
Everton want to extend Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Idrissa Gana Gueye’s contracts before the summer comes around.
But there are a number of players who find their futures on Merseyside in limbo.
One of those players is reserve goalkeeper Joao Virginia who has recently spoken to A Bola about his future with the Toffees.
“It’s not the ideal situation. Of course I want to play. And the more you play, the better,” he said.
“These are my last six months, but the club has an option to renew. He has already talked about renewing beyond this year, but nothing has come of it, nothing has been concrete. And I’m still alone with my last months.
“I can’t take anything definitively, there is an option for Everton to be activated until the end of the season. Until then I can’t decide anything. And I feel very comfortable at Everton, I like being here, I like being in the Premier League.”
Jordan Pickford has been praised massively this season for his performances in between the sticks for Everton.
And his displays have meant minutes have been non-existent for the ‘superb’ Virginia as Pickford’s number two.
The Friedkins are set for a massive summer transfer window
Kevin Thelwell has hinted towards a big summer for Everton with their PSR nightmares being put behind them.
Virginia has been eyeing a move away from Everton over the coming months with his future on Merseyside looking uncertain.
But it is interesting to hear the goalkeeper suggest there may have been discussions ongoing at Goodison over a potential new deal.
It seems as if the Friedkins may have pulled back on those talks as they look to assess their options ahead of the summer.
With Everton out of the FA Cup now, perhaps Virginia may have already played his final ever game for the Toffees.
