Everton have seen some serious improvements over the last month following the appointment of David Moyes.
From relegation battlers to a five-game unbeaten run in the Premier League which has pulled them clear of the bottom three.
The work which Moyes has done at Goodison Park cannot be underestimated.
Sean Dyche has been mocked by Moyes’ start at Everton with the Scotsman squeezing the very best out of the squad he inherited.
It has been quite the turnaround at Everton who are now looking to make it six games unbeaten in the top flight.
Captain James Tarkowski has praised the work of the 61-year-old manager and singled out one player who is excelling under his watch.

James Tarkowski wowed by Everton defender Jake O’Brien
Under Dyche, Jake O’Brien was not offered many opportunities after making his move to Merseyside in the summer from Lyon.
O’Brien has, however, been handed a fresh start at Goodison Park since Moyes was appointed.
Speaking to Men in Blazers, Tarkowski has admitted he has loved what he has seen from the Ireland international so far.
“It’s not always easy to come to a new club if you don’t get into the team at first, to come into the side and play the way he has,” said Tarkowski.
“He’s still fairly young, he’s still learning, but he’s a physical monster. Very good technically on the ball, he’s playing at right-back currently but dealing with the ball very well.
“Defending one-on-one very well, he’s come up against some of the best wingers in the league so far but dealt with all of them. So yeah, I’ve been really, really impressed.”
Even Moyes has said he’s been impressed by O’Brien so far with the centre-back playing out of position at right-back under the Scotsman.
But there may be questions as to whether he will remain at full-back for the long-term in an Everton shirt, or whether his future is through the middle.
David Moyes has saved O’Brien’s Everton career
Although the defender is still only 23 years old, it isn’t an exaggeration to say Moyes’ arrival has saved O’Brien’s Everton career.
It had been suggested Dyche was ready to offload O’Brien in January.
The Irishman was yet to even start a Premier League game under the 53-year-old with his very few appearances coming off the bench.
However, the defender has proven his worth under Moyes after nailing down the spot at right-back.
Over recent weeks, O’Brien has taken some subtle digs at Dyche and it is to no surprise when the former manager has held back such a talent.
