Everton are heading into their game against Arsenal on Saturday with some major injury worries and none bigger than Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

The game at the weekend against Chelsea was a bruising defeat for David Moyes as the club’s poor record at Stamford Bridge continued.

Losing the game has already been put to one side, with Everton nervously waiting on Dewsbury-Hall’s injury update.

After being withdrawn within the opening 15 minutes of the game in west London, the in-form Everton midfielder could be seen holding his hamstring area.

The difficult games just keep coming for Everton, who will face the league leaders at the weekend on home soil.

Ahead of the game on Saturday against the Gunners, Dewsbury-Hall has shared a clear message to the fans set to attend the game on Merseyside.

What Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has said to Everton fans

Even ahead of his move over the summer, Dewsbury-Hall has been so impressed by Everton’s support, which has shone this season.

The Blues finally look like a club on the ascendancy under the Friedkins, but the loyal support will be needed more than ever on Saturday amid the difficulties for Moyes.

Speaking prior to his injury at the weekend, Dewsbury-Hall issued a message on X to the fans attending the game against Arsenal.

“Just a message to The 1878s to say a big thank you for all your hard work! We know how much time and effort goes into displaying the banners at the stadium. So, really looking forward to seeing the one at the Hill Dickinson against Arsenal,” he said.

David Moyes may have just highlighted a bigger issue inside the club! 😡

“Also, just a message to the fans attending the game. If you could be in your seats 15 minutes before kick off that would be great! And all the fans in the south stand, if you can keep the sheets high until we break up from our hand shake.

“I’m sure that’s going to make an amazing display inside the stadium and I think that’s going to create a great atmosphere for the lads.”

Roy Keane thinks Everton have the best supporters in the Premier League and they will need to play their part in Saturday’s game against Arsenal.

The display before the game is going to be spectacular, and huge credit goes to The 1878s, but the fans will be needed during the game to keep their players going against the top side in the league.

If Dewsbury-Hall is going to miss a significant amount of time through injury, then this could well become the club’s priority in the window.

Alan Shearer has been so impressed with Dewsbury-Hall in recent weeks and the 27-year-old will prove a huge miss if he is set for a stint on the sidelines.

The nervous wait continues as fans clamour for any form of update.
