The KMI panel admitted Everton should have had a penalty against West Ham, and they’ve now shared their verdict on Bernardo Silva’s holding of Merlin Rohl.

Moyes was furious Everton did not get a penalty against Man City following Silva’s grappling during a corner at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

The decision was justified after the game with the ball not being in play, but the KMI panel have strongly disagreed with that.

A fresh report from BBC Sport has revealed that the KMI panel have voted 5:0 in Everton’s favour over the controversy.

This decision has now raised the number to three penalties that Everton have been denied despite VAR intervention this season.
