Everton have marked their first anniversary under The Friedkin Group late last week in what has certainly been a memorable year on Merseyside.
More of the same will be wished for at Everton as a lot of positive change has been seen since The Friedkin Group landed.
Leon Osman has praised the Friedkins for their decision in bringing David Moyes back to the club at the very start of their spell at the club.

There have been improvements made in just about every area of the club in the opening 12 months of the Americans’ reign.
More will be expected over the coming weeks as Everton prepare for the January transfer window after a positive summer market.
Having marked their first year at the helm, sources have shared what has actually impressed them the most about the Friedkins.

What has really impressed Everton sources about The Friedkin Group
Moyes has been pleased with the Friedkins at Everton and how they have handled their business since landing at the club.
The 62-year-old will be hoping for more money to be made available in January for him to spend on some additions.
According to Patrick Boyland, speaking on The Blue Room podcast, Everton sources have been left so impressed with what the Friedkins have been able to do away from the pitch.
How much do the Friedkins need to make available for David Moyes to spend in January? 💰
“I asked a load of different contacts, in different industries as well attached to football, about what they made of the first year,” said Boyland.
“One of the common things that just about everyone said was that the most impressive stuff so far has been the financial stabilisation; the commercial work that’s been done.
“And this is a football club that needs to improve on the pitch, it needs to get back into Europe, all these kinds of things, but I think that’s a good starting point.”
Everton are excited for their future under the Friedkins, with the owners offering a much brighter future than what was on offer 12 months ago.
Improvements have clearly been made on the pitch, but the foundations set by the improved financial stability of the club have offered the platform for the Blues to really push on.
Everton continue to impress with off-field deals
The Hill Dickinson Stadium has brought in huge new revenue for Everton through a variety of different means.
But there have been some other deals which are bringing Everton new streams of revenue.
How would you rate The Friedkin Group’s first year at Everton? 👏
As a result, Everton no longer fear the FFP regulations and will not be forced into selling their top players just to balance the books.
Even this week, Everton have announced their partnership with Strauss; a German workwear brand.
So much positive work is being done behind the scenes and it all stems from the Friedkins landing on Merseyside and appointing the right people to take the club forward.
