Everton will be taking any potential deadline day signings right down to the wire, as things stand.
Monday has the making of a stereotypical transfer deadline day at Everton, with late deals being eyed on Merseyside.
Fans will be relieved to see Carlos Alcaraz set to sign for Everton with plenty of time to spare after his medical on Sunday.
But there is still plenty of room for deals to be be done at Goodison Park with David Moyes in need of his squad bolstering.
The 61-year-old has seen his frontline decimated by numerous injury issues this season, which has left him with one fit striker.
Everton are keen to add another forward on deadline day and one has just hinted as to whether he could make the late move to Goodison.

What Timothy Weah said about his Juventus future amid Everton interest
Everton have been keen on Juventus forward Timothy Weah over the last month as they have looked to add to their squad.
But the American has remained a regular feature in Thiago Motta’s matchday squad despite the speculation.
Speaking following Juventus’ win on Sunday against Empoli, Weah hinted his future remained in Turin ahead of deadline day.
“I am happy with the match, I helped the team win. In the second half we did a great job, it wasn’t an easy match, we played with the right mental strength,” he told Dazn after the game.
“We have to continue like this, with the right concentration for the next one. It is important for us to stay together, we have to continue doing this work on the pitch, we can do even more but this match was positive for us.
“I like playing in this position of full-back, because I can be more aggressive”.
Everton have failed in their interest in Ernest Nuamah who also looks set to remain at his current club, Lyon.
Considering the injury issues Moyes is enduring up top, the Friedkins really need to pull something out of the bag before 11 pm.
Timothy Weah could have added a versatile threat
Juventus did not want to sell Weah – hailed ‘immense’ by his father – in this transfer window as he is a regular in Motta’s side.
The 24-year-old is enjoying a positive season in Serie A where he has netted five goals and provided three assists.
In the game against Empoli, Weah was able to provide Randal Kolo Muani with an assist as he started from right-back.
That level of versatility in being able to play both right-wing and right-back could have been of huge benefit to an Everton side who have been hit so hard by injury.
