David Moyes was left absolutely furious following Everton’s draw against Wolves and fresh comments may make him even more annoyed.

A big opportunity was waiting to be taken by Everton against the Premier League strugglers, but the Blues could not build on their early dominance.

It won’t surprise many that Moyes is now struggling to maintain a consistent run of positive results given the options he currently has at his disposal.

The Friedkins must hear Moyes’ transfer pleas as the 62-year-old is in desperate need of more players on the back of Wednesday’s draw.

After the game, it was clear to see that referee Tom Kirk had riled up the Everton boss with some of the decisions made.

However, Moyes has now been told that some of his comments after the game were wrong by pundit Stephen Warnock.

David Moyes told his Everton vs Wolves comments are so wrong

Speaking to Everton News, Mark Clattenburg backed Michael Keane’s sending off against Wolves given he did grab the striker’s hair.

It was not a decision that has gone down well on Merseyside, though, with Everton suffering more consequences for poor refereeing decisions.

During Wednesday night’s Match of the Day, Warnock took aim at Moyes’ comments after the game on the red card for his 32-year-old defender.

What on earth is the referee thinking here? 😡

ANOTHER shocking decision against Everton!

“He’s [Moyes] right not to have a defence for him [Grealish],” said Warnock.

“I think he was a little bit more aggrieved with the Michael Keane, but I don’t agree with that.”

James Tarkowski shared what Tolu Arokodare admitted about Keane’s red card following the full time whistle.

Given some of the decisions that have gone against Everton in the first half of the season, there is no surprise that Moyes was left furious with Keane’s dismissal.

Moyes has every right to be furious with Michael Keane’s red card

Not only are Everton dealing with a number of injury issues, but they are now going to have to work around two further suspensions.

Keane has only just returned from injury at Everton and he is now going to find himself unavailable for the next three games.

Can you name the other three? 🤔

Still cannot believe Keane was sent of for this!

Moyes was furious with VAR’s involvement in Keane’s red card and it was no other than Chris Kavanagh in operation.

This will only stir the pot further among Everton fans who already have frustrations held against Kavanagh for decisions made in the past.

For Warnock to suggest Moyes is wrong for sticking up for his Keane will be an insult to the 62-year-old who knows better than anyone the character of the veteran defender.

This is just the latest example of Everton suffering at the hands of more poor officiating in the Premier League.
