Everton have some really big months ahead of them with some huge developments taking place away from the pitch.

It has been a turbulent season on the pitch so far with Sean Dyche’s side finally discovering some form in the Premier League.

After losing their opening four games, Everton have been able to go their previous five league games unbeaten.

The Friedkin Group are closing in on their Everton takeover which they will be hoping to complete ahead of the January transfer window.

But there is also the new stadium to look forward to on Merseyside with the Toffees set to leave Goodison Park behind at the end of the campaign.

However, there is something which some Everton fans think they’ve spotted about the new stadium which they really do not like.

Footage emerges from inside Everton’s new stadium

Footage has been shared over social media from inside the new Everton Stadium on the Bramley-Moore Dock site.

The video footage shows the club’s home dressing room and the walk which the players will be taking to the pitch.

Everton will soon be laying the pitch at the new stadium which will need time to settle and bed in before any football can be played on it.

The club will also need to hold some test events so the stadium can be signed off by the health and safety regulators.

Potential new owners with The Friedkin Group are already looking to expand the stadium’s footprint on the dockland site.

And it has even been suggested that The Friedkin Group are only buying Everton for the new stadium as they hold no interest in Goodison Park.

Fans spot major issue with new Everton Stadium

Taking to X, these Everton fans have shared their concerns about how long the walk from the dressing room to the pitch is for the Toffees.

“I swear Dyche designed the stadium. That walk from the changing room to pitch is horrendous!” said @Gre9orypeck09.

@KingBill liked what he saw, but also had concerns about the walk: “Looked a fair old walk from changing rooms to pitch side but wow!”

“Coleman’s calf will go before he reaches the tunnel,” @andylindsay1878 jokingly added.

But @Carl_1878 was in disbelief about what he saw: “Surly there will be a shorter was to the pitch’.

“Half time they will have about 2 minutes then get called back on the pitch,” said @efcmog with one of the best replies.

The joking trend continued as @EFCJREAY added: “Imagine the injuries we’ll accumulate walking this length to the pitch.”
