Everton are finding it extremely difficult to get themselves up and running in the transfer market.

There is less than a week remaining until the deadline and David Moyes is yet to see any new faces come through the doors on Merseyside.

There is a pressing need for Everton to act in the transfer market with injuries leaving their squad thin.

And during a relegation battle, that is not what the Toffees need.

A new striker is on the radar for Everton over the final days of the window due to three of their senior forwards being sidelined.

But, on top of the injuries, there has been another blow with one of their targets agreeing personal terms elsewhere.

Everton target Brian Brobbey agrees personal terms with West Ham

With Dominic Calvert-Lewin looking set to miss a significant period of time, Everton have shown an interest in Brian Brobbey.

However, there are a number of other clubs who are keen on the Ajax striker.

And according to TalkSPORT, the 22-year-old has already agreed personal terms with West Ham United.

A deal worth in the region of £100k-per-week is said to have been agreed between the Hammers and the Dutch striker.

But it is also claimed that West Ham are struggling to reach an agreement with Ajax for the player.

There are other options out there for Moyes with Everton keen on Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi ahead of the deadline.

The clock is ticking for the Friedkins as they still search for their first deal as Everton owners.

West Ham could play big role in Everton’s transfer window

Both West Ham and Everton have had their struggles with strikers this season and find themselves eyeing similar targets.

Everton and West Ham are both interested in Evan Ferguson who could be in for a late exit from Brighton & Hove Albion.

It does feel as if the Hammers could play a big role in any potential striker signing Everton may possibly make.

Although other positions are also of need, Everton fans will not want to see their search for a new striker go into the final hours of the window.
