Jack Grealish has been nothing short of a revelation for Everton, but his father wants him to change something instantly.
Going into the weekend, no player in the Premier League has been able to match Grealish (4) for the number of assists provided.
David Moyes was delighted with the signing of Grealish, as well as players like Tyler Dibling to really bolster the attacking options.
The 30-year-old has landed on a season-long loan deal from Manchester City and he has taken no time to impress.
Although he did not find himself on the winning side last weekend, Ally McCoist named Grealish as his Man of the Match for the Merseyside Derby.
Despite his impressive start to the season, there is something that Grealish’s father wants him to change ahead of Monday’s clash against West Ham.

Jack Grealish’s father urges him to make key Everton change
Grealish earned more praise against Wolves on Tuesday evening after he came off the bench for the final 30 minutes.
Unable to convert his dominance into an end product, Grealish’s father has now issued him with a clear message.
Speaking to Tim Sherwood for Sky Sports, Grealish’s father has urged him to shoot more often, with the 30-year-old still searching for his first Everton goal.
“He’s [Grealish’s father] told me to send you a message. He said, ‘he might listen to you’. And the message is: shoot more and tap-ins at the back post,” said Sherwood.
“He loves that one, tap-ins at the back post. He’s never kicked a ball in his life as well,” Grealish jokingly replied.
Grealish has insisted he is delighted with his move to Everton following some difficult years at Manchester City under Pep Guardiola.
However, he will be keen to start finding the back of the net, with Thomas Tuchel watching him closely ahead of next year’s World Cup.
Grealish thriving off David Moyes’ managerial style
Both Grealish and Moyes were left furious at Darren England last weekend following some of the decisions made during the Merseyside Derby.
The 30-year-old is far from furious with how his new manager is deploying him in the Everton starting XI, though.
He may not have found the back of the net yet, but Troy Deeney has enjoyed seeing Grealish smile again whilst playing football.
Grealish has put that all down to Moyes.
“It’s down to him [Moyes] for giving me that platform to go and play the way I’ve been playing,” said Grealish.
“I don’t mean this in an arrogant way but I do like it when managers say, ‘you’re the footballer, go and do what you want to do’.
“I’d rather someone just be like, ‘when you get the ball Jack, just go and play.’
“That’s what he says to me. Obviously you have your jobs, you have roles to do without the ball, but he says to me, ‘when you get the ball just go and do what you want to do’.”
