Everton fans will be keen to see what – if any – moves can be made in these final hours on deadline day.
The Friedkins have struggled to get new faces into the club when it comes to players, but there has been huge overhaul on Merseyside over the last month.
David Moyes’ return to the club has seen a considerable upturn in form with Everton winning as many in the league under Moyes already as they had under Sean Dyche all season.
However, Everton are still looking to sign a forward on deadline day.
There is one piece of business which is expected to get over the line in the coming hours with Carlos Alcaraz set to sign his Everton contract.
But the new owners on Merseyside are aware there is still plenty they could do to improve the squad.

Everton eyeing late move for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Everton remain keen on the £30m Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, despite looking set to land Alcaraz on loan for the remainder of the term.
Dewsbury-Hall could offer the Toffees, with an exciting option with his future at Stamford Bridge coming under real scrutiny.
According to Liverpool Echo, Everton are still contemplating the loan of Armando Broja on Merseyside.
The Albania international has sustained a significant injury which could see him miss a large portion of the remaining months in the season.
It is claimed Everton hold an interest in Dewsbury-Hall with Carney Chukwuemeka heading to Borussia Dortmund.
Dewsbury-Hall would welcome a move away from Chelsea before the end of the day.
However, a potential move will be hanging on whether the two clubs could strike an agreement over their deal for Broja.
Armando Broja’s loan has caused Everton a real headache
Unfortunately, Broja’s spell on Merseyside has proven to be nothing short of a complete disaster.
Everton held talks with Chelsea over terminating Broja’s loan last month after he suffered another serious injury.
Although Chelsea did not seem to approve the striker’s return, perhaps at this stage in the window they may see it as an opportunity to get Dewsbury-Hall out and playing regular minutes.
Broja’s injury record was there for all to see before the Toffees signed him, one which the club will have to learn from.
Everton hope Broja’s injury is not as serious as first feared, but he is still set to miss a lot of game time.
