The financial year ends on June 30th for clubs across the football pyramid, so there’s expected to be a lot more activity in the transfer window after that date.

Everton are currently trying to sign Hayden Hackney, whilst a deal for soon to be free agent John Stones looks fairly close.

The Toffees have also been linked to Jarrod Bowen, who West Ham United value at around £50m following their relegation.

How would you feel about Hayden Hackney becoming Everton’s first signing? 🤩

On the outgoing front, there have been several rumours linking players with a move away from Finch Farm.

With that said, here are the four Everton players who are most likely to depart as it stands.

The most likely Everton exits this summer

Thierno Barry – RB Leipzig

Thierno Barry has flattered to deceive in his debut campaign at Everton and many supporters just feel he simply isn’t good enough.

So, it was quite a surprise to hear that Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig are exploring a deal to sign Barry.

The German outfit have already made contact with the Toffees over a transfer, so it seems like there are genuine legs to this deal.

The Toffees reportedly want to recoup the £30m they paid for Barry’s signature last summer.

Where does Thierno Barry go from here? This Everton fan has had ENOUGH! 😡

Harrison Armstrong – loan abroad

Harrison Armstrong’s game time really suffered towards the back end of the last season, as he was an unused substitute in five games from March onwards.

So, it looks as though Armstrong could be heading out on loan again to ensure he plays regular football next term.

It has recently emerged that Armstrong’s team are looking at a move abroad, with clubs in Germany and France potentially taking him.

Adam Aznou – loan abroad

Another promising youngster who could depart the Hill Dickinson Stadium on a loan deal is Adam Aznou.

Aznou clearly isn’t happy with his situation at the club, as he actually unfollowed Everton’s Instagram account last month.

Marseille, Real Betis and Getafe have all been linked with Aznou previously, so they could reignite their interest and submit a loan bid this summer.

Carlos Alcaraz – River Plate

River Plate are considering a bid for Everton midfielder Carlos Alcaraz, who only started six Premier League games last term.

River Plate boss Eduardo Coudet views Alcaraz as someone who could make a big impact over several years for the Argentinian side.

It’s difficult to see Moyes standing in the way of this possible exit.
