As far as the January window is concerned, Everton could spend around £40m in the January window.

Having only been in the job for just over one week, Moyes has been promised a profound revamp at Goodison over the summer by the Friedkins.
Going into the job, Alan Shearer expected Moyes to demand transfers from the Everton owners.
He is yet to see any new faces come through the doors, but he is going to be relied on heavily for the summer window.
