Everton can turn their focus away from the winter transfer market with three games over the space of the next week.
David Moyes was provided just the one new signing with the addition of Carlos Alcaraz on transfer deadline day.
PSR hit Everton hard over the winter with the Toffees being left searching for potential loan additions.
Some interesting decisions await the 61-year-old as he is going to have to manage an Everton side which has been heavily struck by injuries.
Kevin Thelwell and Moyes had a list of Everton transfer targets for the January window, but were only able to get one over the line.
And it seems as if one of those targets may have gotten away from the pair with the Friedkins potentially pulling the plug on a deal.

Everton pull out of running for West Brom’s Tom Fellows
On deadline day, it was suggested Everton had a £10m bid accepted for Tom Fellows by West Brom.
However, those suggestions were quickly played down by those in the Midlands.
And according to iNews, Everton have dropped their interest in Fellows with no move expected to arrive in the summer.
The report claims Everton walked away from a deal on deadline day after being quoted too much by the Championship side.
It is difficult to begrudge the Baggies for demanding a high price for Fellows considering how bright he has looked this season.
David Moyes and Thelwell were keen to sign Fellows but it seems those at the club deemed his signing to be too expensive.
And that has to be viewed as a smart decision made by the Everton chiefs in not hindering their ability to spend in the summer by pushing through an expensive January deal.

Everton putting their funds into signing Jesper Lindstrom
Everton talks have now opened over signing Jesper Lindstrom permanently at the end of the season.
The midfielder is expected to cost the Toffees in the region of £19m with a clause in his loan deal with Napoli.
The Friedkins expect Everton to have more PSR freedom in the summer with an end coming to their strict transfer budgets over recent years.
And if that has come as a result of suffering in the recent winter window, then that is a decision which The Friedkins Group will be praised for in the summer.
This is, of course, on the presumption that Moyes is able to do enough to keep Everton afloat in the Premier League.
