Everton are up against the clock now with their winter business going right down to the wire.
The Friedkins have failed to land any of their Everton targets so far this month with the market proving sa difficult one to operate in.
However, injuries have depleted David Moyes’ options making signings even more important over the coming days.
Everton have lost Orel Mangala to ligament damage following the victory on the weekend.
There are players on their radar with only a matter of days remaining for the Friedkins to get their business done.
But they may also struggle now to prise away their targets from clubs who feel they are running out of time to replace them.

Rangers manager discusses Hamza Igamane’s future amid Everton interest
One player of interest at Goodison Park is the Rangers striker Hamza Igamane.
Rangers are looking for Everton to bid £25m+ to allow the 22-year-old to depart Ibrox before the deadline on Monday.
But speaking to the media on Wednesday, Philippe Clement hinted towards the club wanting to fend off Premier League interest.
“I had the same in Genk, Leandro Trossard could have left earlier to go to the Premier League. We had talks with him about that, but also other players like Sander Berge,” he said.
“It’s important to do the right step at the right moment, because you see a lot of players make the step higher and not being ready and they’re losing themselves because they’re not playing because they were not ready.
“I have experience around it. I’ve been speaking with players around it also. I understand when it’s right for the club and the player, and it’s not nice as the manager to let them go.”
Igamane is not the only option for the Toffees with Everton showing an interest in Evan Ferguson who is set for a busy end to the window.
With the latest injury to Dominic Calvert-Lewin on top of Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti’s issues, Everton really need to strengthen their attacking options.

Everton cannot risk only having Beto up front
Moyes has been left concerned over Calvert-Lewin’s injury which saw him withdrawn on the weekend after a non-contact incident.
That has left the 60-year-old with Beto as his only senior option up front.
Ironically, Beto has been pushing to leave Everton this month with interest from Serie A coming in for the striker.
Regardless of whether Beto can pick up some form from the starting XI, having one fit striker feels like a recipe for disaster given Everton’s injury luck.
