Although the report claims that Saint-Etienne are reluctant to sell their prized winger this month, Davitashvili would be willing to push for a move.
Everton still have to decide over Jack Grealish’s future, with the £50m forward still only finding the back of the net twice this season.
Given he is set to turn 31 around the start of next season, perhaps the Blues are looking for a long-term answer at left-wing, which may have an effect on Dibling.

There may well have been a hope from Dibling that Iliman Ndiaye could return to the left side of the attack at some stage this year, which would open up the right wing for him.
