Everton fans will be hoping to see their side improve over the January transfer window, but departures are not being ruled out.
Nine summer signings were made on Merseyside as Everton’s squad was transformed from that left behind by Sean Dyche.
David Moyes will still feel as if he needs more with the January window now open for business.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Moyes admitted the Friedkins are backing Everton if the club are able to find the right players in the market.

Everton have already recalled Harrison Armstrong from his loan deal with Preston North End to bolster the numbers.
However, there is one player that has Moyes so concerned that he would be willing to offload him before the end of the month.

Everton green light January exit for Adam Aznou
It has already been suggested that Ajax are interested in Adam Aznou as he continues to struggle for minutes on Merseyside.
The Moroccan international only signed during the summer from Bayern Munich, but he is yet to make an impact.
As a result, the Liverpool Echo have reported Everton’s openness to offload Aznou in the January transfer window.
What would YOU do with Adam Aznou in the summer? 🤷♂️
The Toffees would be willing to green light Aznou’s exit on loan if they are able to bring back some of their injured players over the coming weeks.
Although the youngster is not playing under Moyes, it is claimed his presence in the matchday squad is still viewed as crucial.
Angus Kinnear has praised Aznou’s work rate in training but that is simply not translating into minutes on the weekends.
As the Blues consider moving on Aznou already, it just goes to show that Moyes’ major concern is yet to be eased behind the scenes.
What David Moyes has said about Adam Aznou at Everton
Moyes has admitted Everton were aware Aznou was not ready to start Premier League games so soon after signing.
Aznou has not played a single minute of football for Everton this season.
Vitaliy Mykolenko’s contract expires in the summer, what should Everton do with him? 🤔
Offer him a new deal? Let him go for free? Sell him in January?
“He’s a really good footballer, a nice footballer. He’s just got a bit of building up to do, a bit of physicality to get,” Moyes said earlier in the season.
“We’ll do that and we’ll see how he develops, but his footballing ability—he’s a good player.”
Aznou has been spotted working on his strength in the Finch Farm gym over recent weeks.
Clearly, not enough progress has been made for the left-back to earn the trust of his 62-year-old manager.
