Everton have registered an interest in Club Brugge forward Christos Tzolis.
David Moyes is yet to see any new faces land at Finch Farm two weeks on from being appointed as the replacement for Sean Dyche.
It has been a positive week for Everton who are bouncing into the weekend on the high of beating Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
However, it has not all been good news for the Blues with Ernest Nuamah not expected to join Everton from Lyon this month.
But that does not mean Everton will not be looking to at other options before the deadline in just over a week’s time.
The Friedkins are keen to sign a new forward and a new name has entered the frame over recent hours.

Everton hold an interest in Club Brugge’s Christos Tzolis
According to Football Transfers, Everton are eyeing a potential move for the Club Brugge ‘superstar’, Tzolis.
The Greece international has previously played in England with Norwich City and has even been linked with a move to Manchester United.
Everton showed strong interest in Nuamah and the report suggests Tzolis is a player who was being considered alongside him.
However, following the news to break on Friday night, it looks as if Tzolis may now be top of Everton’s shortlist.
Moyes wants Everton to make some signings before the window shuts and adding a player like Tzolis could provide a real boost for Moyes.
Tzolis could become David Moyes’ next Wayne Rooney at Everton
The 22-year-old forward presents a really exciting talent with the ability to play across the front line.
After signing for Norwich, The Athletic profiled Tzolis as an excellent finisher, who also has a real ability on the ball as well as possessing a determination off it to fight for his team.
Everton are in desperate need of goals as they remain the Premier League’s second-lowest scorers this season.
| Christos Tzolis | Goals | |
|---|---|---|
| 24/25 | 12 | 8 |
| 23/24 | 24 | 10 |
Tzolis is a real goal threat and could offer Everton an output from the flank which they have not seen in years.
Moyes nurtured the young talent of Wayne Rooney during his first stint at Everton and Tzolis is a player who could offer a similar profile.
The pair have both shown a flair on the ball as well as an impressive ability to find the back of the net.
With uncertainty over Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s Everton future, Tzolis’ versatility to play across the front line has to be seen as a huge attraction.
There may not be too many people who will have heard of Tzolis, but he could be just what Everton need to upgrade their attack.
