David Moyes is celebrating another three points for Everton after beating Leicester City.
It has been a stunning few weeks for Moyes who has now been able to take nine points from a possible 12 in the Premier League.
The win for Everton over the Foxes has put some real daylight between the Toffees and the relegation zone.
Now it is time for the club to put their focus towards the final hours of the winter transfer market.
Everton wanted to make two signings before Monday’s deadline, but Kevin Thelwell and the Friedkins are firmly up against the clock.
Still on the high of three points, Moyes spoke to the media about Everton’s first potential signing ahead of Monday’s deadline.

What David Moyes said about Everton signing Carlos Alcaraz
Everton have agreed a deal to sign Carlos Alcaraz on loan for the remaining months of the season.
The midfielder is expected to join on an initial loan, with the possibility of making it permanent in the summer.
Speaking to the media from Goodison Park, Moyes shared what the club have told him about a potential deal for the 22-year-old.
“I’m hearing there’s ongoing conversations. At the moment, I don’t think there’s anything confirmed or definite or done, so I might find out some more later today,” he said.
“We’re trying to add some bodies to what we’ve got.”
Alcaraz is expected to arrive in England on Saturday to undergo his medical ahead of the proposed move to Merseyside.
With one deal looking set to go through, Everton have around 48 hours to secure themselves some further additions.
Everton creating competition in the midfield
Losing Orel Mangala to a season-ending injury will have come as a real concern for Moyes.
But what the 60-year-old saw on Saturday will have provided him with a lot of confidence going forward.
James Garner shone against Leicester for Everton in what was his first start in the Premier League since October, last year.
Adding a player like Alcaraz will provide a boost around Finch Farm and the performance of Garner will surely mean the Argentine has to fight for a spot in the XI.
