Arne Slot was furious with Everton fans inside the first half of the game as he felt they won their side a number of fouls.

On Wednesday morning, Doucoure issued an emphatic Merseyside Derby message to the fans as he geared up for the occasion.

Amid all the madness, Doucoure could be spotted laughing at Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk who was protesting to Michael Oliver.
The Mali midfielder could even be spotted gesturing the Dutchman to be quiet as he walked off in celebration.
Doucoure was involved in the initial controversy with Curtis Jones left incensed with the 32-year-old goading the away end.
Everton are keen to hand Doucoure a new contract and fans may feel he has earned it after how he rattled the Reds.
Carlos Alcaraz will now be handed Everton opportunity
With Doucoure now set to be suspended, Carlos Alcaraz can earn himself his debut from the starting XI.
Everton face a game against Crystal Palace on the weekend and Moyes will be forced to make a change in the midfield.
