Everton are seeing a number of their backroom staff depart the club over the coming weeks.
Big changes are being approved by the Friedkins who are really looking to put their stamp on the club after taking over in December.
It may not stop with the backroom staff as Everton could also lose a number of their players when their contracts come to an end this summer.
Everton are keen to hand Dominic Calvert-Lewin a new deal among others.
However, it could be a new look Everton come the start of the 2025/26 campaign both off the field as well as on it.
Angus Kinnear is joining Everton from Leeds United at the end of the term and he is looking to bring some of his colleagues over from Elland Road.
But there are still a number of individuals from behind the scenes who could make way at Finch Farm.
Rangers in talks with Everton chief Gareth Prosser
Everton are looking to create a European-style recruitment system at Finch Farm under the Friedkins.
That is why there has been such considerable change, with Kevin Thelwell joining Rangers over the coming weeks.
And it seems as if there could be another making the move to Ibrox with him.
According to one club insider, Rangers have now opened talks with Everton’s academy director Gareth Prosser.
The Scottish side could be set to add another from Finch Farm to their backroom setup with Thelwell potentially putting in a good word for the 47-year-old.
The pair have worked together both at Everton and during their previous stints at Wolves.
Everton are also losing Dan Purdy as their head of recruitment in what is a real blow for the Friedkins.
Big changes were being readied by the new owners ahead of the summer, but this could be another exit they were not hoping for.

Gareth Prosser’s Everton career may be scrutinised
After joining the club back in 2022 with an ‘extensive CV’, Prosser shared his desire to provide the first team more players from the academy setup.
“The aim for us is to create better people and more players for the First Team,” he told the Everton website.
“We want to identify the areas where we can evolve and improve, so we can create that best-in-class programme for staff and players.
“Everton has a terrific history of developing talent and to have alignment from top to bottom across the Club will be very important.”
There will be major questions as to whether he has been able to achieve this.
Without doubt, Everton are producing some real talents with Harrison Armstrong impressing on loan at Derby County.
However, there has not been a huge impact from the academy on David Moyes’ first team outside of the ongoing injury issues experienced.
