Everton are closing in on a deal to sign Bayern Munich defender Adam Aznou.
David Moyes has made it clear he is not overly impressed with the transfer business done so far on Merseyside.
Speaking to fans over in New York, Moyes has admitted he wants nine new Everton signings before the window shuts.
Everton are now pushing to make some further signings for their 62-year-old manager while they play over in the United States.
It is now believed a £7.8m deal for Adam Aznou to join Everton is nearing a total agreement with Bayern Munich.
However, there is a clause that the Bundesliga champions are now insisting on being included in Aznou’s Everton contract.

It is believed Aznou has now handed in a transfer request in to Bayern, with Everton pushing to secure his signature.
The youngster would arrive on Merseyside as competition for Vitaliy Mykolenko for the spot in the starting XI.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Bayern Munich want to include a clause that will allow them to match any future offers Everton receive for Aznou.
But a deal for the left-back to join the Toffees is now well underway with a medical expected to take place over the coming days.
This will be music to the ears of the Everton manager, with Moyes requesting a new full-back since January when he returned to the club.
Everton could even see Aznou join up with the squad across the pond if the deal is completed within the next couple of days.
The Toffees face West Ham on Wednesday and then Manchester United on Sunday.

In a stunning turn of events, Everton are now closing in on two signings for Moyes.
Romano also claims talks are well underway to secure the services of Lyon winger Malick Fofana.
Everton have held interest in Fofana for a while now, but he is a player who is in high demand across Europe.
If Everton are able to land the Belgian, it would mark a real coup for the Toffees ahead of their move into the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
